18/11/2009, it is now a while i am having some sort threats from some of my buyers on feedback matters, I try my best to help everyone, I can not promise to sort every issue out with good outcomes, however I can promise I will do everything under my power regardless of cost to me, at this point I need help and understanding from my buyers Not threats!!

I will not tolerate anyone trying to gain something using feedback matters against me, please never ever try to do this, if you think I let you down or just rip you off you can take actions against me via ebay or paypal then it is up to you what feedback you may want to leave for me,

please!! my dear buyers No offence on the subject, this is very small amount buyers attitude, otherwise we are doing really well together, thanks to you all.....

24/10/2009, once again I would like to thank to all my buyers, it is now about 2 months since i started, more than 90% of transactions completed very smooth and problem free, however time to time i receive e-mails regarding item's condition, I do advice to buyers on my listings to buy new items if used parts condition are not acceptable,

impression i get from e-mails, buyers do not read listing properly and expect more than what i actually provide, since i sell used parts, i can not guarantee on cosmetic conditions,I do not list damaged parts knowingly or if i list damage parts i do make it clear on listing that "it is for repair" only and i pay attention what i send out, however sometimes i can send none working or wrong parts,

if or when it occurs in your case, please make sure i am the first one you get in touch.
Going to auction provider eBay or checkout provider paypal will only make it harder for seller and buyer, it takes more time and cause more hassle, whereas if you try to get in touch with me directly it will make easier to deal with the problem,

if you have been sent wrong or none working part, you are fully covered anyway, if i ask you to return the part, i will provide you full refund plus return postage cost, even in some case i will refund you without asking part back, but when you do not get in touch and go directly to other options, you will still end up returning part and cost of return will not be refunded, for that please do not ignore seller and make sure you do let me know first,

one final word, you are covered with minimum 7 maximum 14 days return warranty, so if you have bought wrong part or just changed your mind and want to return it back, then you must understand any payment you have made for item, postage fee will be deducted and return cost will not be refunded, i am hoping i have made clear enough to understand what outcomes it might be on my listings, should you not agree any part of this term then i must ask you Not to make your purchase from my auctions

There is nothing special about my terms and conditions, I try to be as accurate as I can be on descriptions,in simple term, I am doing this for a hobby within my free times and I do not do it for free,(it is now ebay policy to register as a business seller, compulsory chances have forced me to register however above description still applies to my circumstances)

Parts conditions:
all parts and bits are coming from used computers, they all have got wears and sign of usage, parts are good replacement  when you can not effort to get brand new replacement or you can not find same one, at all.

I suggest everyone to buy brand new parts for replacement if you could; this will assure you are fully covered,

Warranty:
I personally do not give any warranty however I do provide 14 days return on all parts, this will be in case of wrong description or mistakenly send out some wrong parts,(also it requires me to register as a business seller and provide 14 days return option, it is compulsory otherwise it does not change anything about what i do or sell)

Returns & payments:
I will not accept returns as long as item matches description on listings, also I will not accept returns if you bought something wrong with your own mistake, that is why you have to make sure it is correct piece for your need,(providing 14 days return means if you receive none working item,it will apply to items which has returned to us, as in their original condition)

you can pay any way,you think it is easy for you, any slow method of payment may take 10 days,that means buyer has to wait this time period

Postage & packing:
I may reuse some packing material while sending your item; this will help me to keep up with fair price and free shipping,

I will always send posts out 5 days of a week this will be Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday, this is only applies if I am able to do so,

unless you have asked and paid for next day delivery, next day postage will be sent out between 9 am-5 pm, also I must have a clear 2 hours before posting for that you must make sure your last buy and pay is 3 pm latest,

next day postage will be posted 6 days of a week except Sundays, any next day delivery posted Saturday, it will most likely be delivered on Monday,
